After breakfast in your room, we'll head to Masmak Fort, the birthplace of the third Saudi kingdom. It's an impressive citadel and symbol of the beginnings of modern Saudi Arabia. Next, we'll visit Souk Al Zal, where we can immerse ourselves in the colors, smells, and sounds of a bustling authentic souk. Afterward, we'll visit the National Museum, where ancient artifacts and exhibits will take us on a journey through Saudi Arabia's history. The tour continues with a stroll through Murraba Palace, the royal palace and home of former King Abdul Aziz al Saud, who moved there with his family in 1939. We'll conclude the day with a visit to the "Times Square of the Middle East," where the city's modern style blends with traditional charm.
Day 3 | Modern Riyadh
The day begins with breakfast served in your room. Then, we head to Diriyah, the former capital of the first Saudi Empire and the birthplace of Saudi Arabia. Here, you can wander the narrow streets of the old city and experience the grandeur of the past as you explore palaces and historic buildings. Learn more about Saudi Arabia's history at At-Turaif, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2010. After visiting Diriyah, the real adventure begins when you reach the magnificent Edge of the World, a natural wonder that will take your breath away with its breathtaking cliffs, panoramic views, and unspoiled beauty. The Edge of the World is one of Saudi Arabia's best-kept secrets. After this impressive natural experience, you'll return to Riyadh and end the day with a delicious dinner, reflecting on an unforgettable day.
Day 4 |
Breakfast in your room. On your last day in Riyadh, you'll be invited to visit the Kingdom Tower, an iconic symbol of the city. With 99 floors and a height of 302 meters, the Kingdom Tower is a true Riyadh landmark. The futuristic building, resembling a bottle opener, is simply unmissable and visible from every corner of Riyadh.
